Our Services
At Miracle Home Care Agency, we provide a range of services designed to provide the highest level of comfort for each and every client. The following are some of the services and treatments that Miracle Home Care Agency provides.
General skin care prevention. while the skin is intact and any long-term skin issues are not present, which may involve using non-prescription lotions and treatments. or of treatments and lotions that don’t need a prescription from a doctor.
Help customers take a bath. Only when the following conditions are fulfilled may home services professionals help those who are unable of taking a shower or bath in a tub:
- The agency must have carried out a competency evaluation of the home services worker’s ability to use the specific techniques needed to perform a bed bath.
- The client or client’s representative must be able to supervise or participate in the bathing process and give the home services worker continuous feedback.
- The home services worker must have received training in the specific techniques needed to perform a bed bath.
Help a customer get dressed. This might involve helping with everyday clothes and putting on support stockings that don’t require a prescription from a doctor.
Help a customer with their workout. The client’s regular physical movement, as tolerated, and encouragement with a recommended exercise program are the only ways that passive aid with exercise can be used.
Support for feeding. when the client is able to stand up and swallow on their own.
Only when expert skin care, as previously said, is not necessary in connection with the positioning can a client be helped with positioning when they are able to communicate to the personal care staff—verbally, nonverbally, or through others—when the position needs to be adjusted. Simple alignment in a wheelchair, bed, or other furniture might be considered positioning.
Assist a client to/from the bathroom; provide assistance with bed pans, urinals, and commodes; provide pericare; or change clothing and pads of any kind used for the care of incontinence.
- A home services worker may empty or change external urine collection devices, such as catheter bags or suprapubic catheter
- A home services worker may empty ostomy bags and provide assistance with other client directed ostomy care only when there is no need for skilled skin care or for observation or reporting to a nurse.
Help with transfers only when the client is strong and balanced enough to stand and pivot on their own and help with the transfer to a certain degree. As long as the client is properly taught to use the equipment and is able to guide the transfer step-by-step, adaptive and safety equipment may be utilized during transfers. While it may involve, adaptive equipment does not limited to:
- wheelchairs, tub seats, and grab Gait belts may be used as a safety device for the home services worker as long as the worker has been properly trained in their use. A home services worker shall not assist with transfers when the client is unable to assist with the transfer. Home services workers may assist clients in the use of a mechanical or electrical transfer device only when the following conditions are met.
- The home services worker must have been trained in the use of the mechanical or electrical transfer device by the licensed agency.
- The client or client representative must be able to direct the transfer step by step.
- The agency must have conducted a competency evaluation of the worker using the type of device that is available in the home.
Only when a client, family member, nurse, or pharmacist has pre-selected their meds and they are kept in containers other than the prescription bottles—like medication minders—should you help them remember to take their pills. The day and hour of dosing must be prominently noted on medication reminder packages.
Asking if a client has taken their medications, verbally reminding them to do so, giving them the medication minder container with the proper label, and opening the container for them if they are physically incapable of doing so are all examples of medication reminders. All prescription and over-the-counter drugs are subject to these restrictions. Any anomalies in the pre-selected drugs, such as medications taken too frequently or insufficiently, or not at the appropriate time as specified in the written instructions, must be reported right once by the home care worker to the supervisor.
If services include use of the client’s personal funds:
When grocery or other shopping services are to be rendered, and when those services include help with bill payment or any other activity that involves access to or use of client funds, the Agency will seek permission from the client or responsible party to access personal funds.

Using their clients’ property for their own purposes is absolutely prohibited.
Our daily objective is to ensure that every client not only gains from our services but also experiences a bit more happiness and tranquility as a result of our “whatever the client needs” mentality. We intend to differentiate our service from others by merely making an effort to consistently provide elegant and consoling care.
